Working Principle

 

Backwash filters are precision filters that can be recycled and cleaned without disassembly.
Filtration process: when the liquid enters the equipment from the filter inlet, it is filled with filter impurities and is intercepted on the outside of the filter element. After filtering for a period of time, the impurities accumulate on the outer surface of the filter element, the effective filtration area gradually decreases, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element gradually becomes larger, and the flux of the filter gradually becomes smaller, when it reaches a certain value, the filter needs to be backblown and regenerated.
Regeneration process: when the differential pressure reaches the set value, the filter can be manually or through the PLC to start the reverse blowing.
First close the filter inlet and outlet, open the back mouthpiece, start pressurizing, when the pressure reaches a certain value, open the drain valve.
This process is repeated several times until the regeneration process is complete. Close the drain valve and open the inlet and outlet valve to resume the filtration process.
