Working Principle
The working principle of the scraper filter is very simple: a filter element (2) is installed in a cylindrical stainless steel housing (1), when the unfiltered liquid enters the housing by the inlet (3), the solid impurities are filtered out and deposited on the inner surface of the filter screen, and then the filtrate flows out from the outlet (4). When the filter element needs to be cleaned (depending on time, pressure difference, or manual selection), a spring-tightened cleaning disc continuously scrapes the inner surface of the filter element back and forth and removes deposited solid impurities. However, when the debris is removed from the gap in the filter element, the cleaning disc sends the dirt into the bottom of the housing (6) and exhausts the filter through the flow path (7).out
