Microporous Membrane Backwash Filter

Microporous membrane is a precision ceramic filter material with porous structure, which is sintered at high temperature by alumina, titanium oxide, zirconia, etc. The porous support layer, transition layer and microporous membrane layer are asymmetrically distributed, and the filtration accuracy covers microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration.

The microporous membrane is a "cross-flow filtration" form of fluid separation process: the raw material liquid flows at high speed in the membrane tube, and the clarified penetrant containing small molecular components passes through the membrane in the vertical direction under the pressure drive, and the turbidated concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is trapped by the membrane, so that the fluid can be separated, concentrated and purified.

The main filter area is hung in the vertical closed body, and an auxiliary filter area with filter plate is provided on the pneumatic slag-discharge bottom cover at the bottom of the equipment, or a group of filter area is added in the middle of the two structures;

In addition to the large unit area and small footprint, the above structure mainly solves the problem of quickly filtering the materials outside the machine through the upper main filter area, the middle or bottom of the auxiliary filter area can filter the remaining materials of the machine at one time, and the intercepted filter cake is unloaded on the bottom filter plate for washing, dry pressing and other operation.

The filtration, static washing, dry pressing process is completed in one machine, which shorten the process flow, and avoid the cake is polluted. Close type filtration, clean production, and quick opening of the bottom cover is easy to operate.

Dry cake is discharged to reduce the energy consumption of the process.

It has been widely used in the production of ultrafine metal powder, ultrafine inorganic salt powder, ultrafine crystal, catalyst and other products filtration, washing and press drying.
